These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the ege33 platform ("Platform", "we", "ege33") and its users ("you", "member"). You must read these Terms in full before using any ege33 service. By opening an account or participating in any game on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 General Terms
ege33 is an online casino and betting platform that provides live casino, slot games, cricket betting, card games and many other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you acknowledge the following general terms:

2 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and participate in games on the ege33 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above. If a member registers by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and their balance will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited. The ability to register in the future may also be revoked.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate and up to date. If false or incomplete information is provided, ege33 reserves the right to cancel the account. ege33 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions
Access to ege33 may be restricted from certain areas or countries. Access from any region where online gaming is legally prohibited is strictly forbidden, and full responsibility for doing so lies with the user.
3 Account Management
3.1 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Account Security Breach
If you believe that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify the ege33 support team immediately. The platform may temporarily suspend the account pending verification.
3.3 KYC Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, or in the case of any suspicious activity, ege33 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals will remain on hold if the required documents are not provided in time.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
ege33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method. Once a deposit is successful, the balance is usually credited to your account within a few minutes.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:
- The account must be fully verified.
- If there is an active bonus, its wagering requirements must be completed.
- After submitting a request, the previous one must be completed before the next request can be made.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
4.4 Transaction Issues
For any transaction issue, contact support within 48 hours. Complaints submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted. It is recommended to save screenshots as proof of any transaction.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive up to a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to claim this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required at the time of claiming the bonus.
- The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x) before withdrawal.
- A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- After claiming the bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:
- Bonuses may only be used for actual gaming and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been completed.
- The specific terms of each promotion apply separately.
- If ege33 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- ege33 may change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
The ege33 VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
VIP tier is determined based on the member's gaming activity. Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.
6 Gaming Policy
6.1 Fair Play
ege33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games. Our games are operated through certified software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and others) and undergo regular audits.
6.2 Game Results
All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error causes an issue with a game result, the bets for that round may be cancelled and the wagered amounts refunded. ege33's decisions on technical matters are final.
6.3 Disconnection
ege33 is not responsible for any internet disconnection that occurs during a game. After the connection is restored, it may be possible to resume the game from where it was left off, though this is not guaranteed.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ege33 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's identity.
- Using any automation, bots or software in any game or system.
- Colluding with other members to manipulate games or predetermine outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using a third party's credit card or payment account.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security or hacking.
- Engaging in harassing or abusive behaviour towards other members.
8 Limitation of Liability
ege33 is not liable for the following:
- Loss caused by issues with a user's internet connection or device.
- Loss resulting from issues with third-party software or services.
- Loss due to unexpected technical disruptions or server downtime.
- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or violation of terms.
- Loss caused by the user's login credentials falling into someone else's hands.
In any circumstance, ege33's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question. ege33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
ege33 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption technology. Your information is never sold to any third party. However, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities in cases of legal requirements or security investigations.

10 Changes to Terms
ege33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms at any time. The date of any change will be noted in the "Last Updated" section of this page. Members may be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore advised to check this page regularly.
11 Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closure by ege33
ege33 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
- Long-term inactive account.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
11.2 Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact support via 24/7 live chat or email. Please complete any valid balance withdrawals before closing your account.
